Made from Trinitarios, a variety of cocoa beans developed in Trinidad over 100 years ago, this chocolate variety has both light fruit and robust cocoa flavors. Hints of coffee sit in the aroma. Slight sweetness transitions to mild tangy and long cocoa flavors and then on to hints of cookie, coffee, and vanilla in the finish.
